RecommendedThe orthodontists and staff provide exceptional customer service! Both Dr. Washingtons always give thorough explanations of treatment plans and answer any questions - no matter how small. I really appreciate how they engage the kids (and me as a parent) in conversations about things outside of the office. They have a lot of patients, but they still seem to remember the small details about us.
