We recently did a refinance with Kenton. Very Happy. He took the time to explain our options in a way we could understand, and was very patient with us throughout the process.His team worked professionally and politely with us every step of the way, they even finished ahead of schedule... Kenton and his team were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. All of the requirements for our Loan were provided in a clear and easy to understand way. The response to all of our questions were answered immediately, which made everything smooth for us!
Kenton did a great job making sure that we were informed whenever anything was needed. There was no great delay on anything at any point. His staff was fantastic to work with as well. They were all very professional and definitely had a great knowledge of what their duties were and how best to complete the process. Kenton helped us finance a home when I had difficulty finding anyone else to work with us. He was positive and upbeat from the beginning and a real blessing to us.
Kenton was very responsive, even after hours. He was extremely patient with my very long home search as well as my constantly changing the price range I was looking in. In addition to that, my wallet (and all identifying information) was stolen right at the beginning of the process, so he had a fraud alert on my credit to deal with as well.
