I was a walkin the very first visitor and it still took over an hour just to get my dog's glands expressed I was not happy with that

I have been going to Kernersville Veterinary hospital for 22 years. I called today to schedule an appointment for my dog and was told that I could not get an appointment until January 7. That is more than a month away! This is not acceptable. I was told my other option would be to come and do a walk in where I would wait for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 and a half hours. This is also not acceptable. I will be switching Vets.

We are sorry to hear that neither our appointment schedule or our walk in availability works for you. We can only see so many people per day and provide adequate care to each and every pet and their owners. Our appointments do fill up fast which is why we offer walk ins as well to allow people who need to be seen sooner have that opportunity. If there is an alternate resolution you have in mind, please feel free to share it with us.
If you would have asked me a few days ago I would have sang their praises but my 20 year old dog, that is an established patient there, had what we though was a possible prolapse uterus and they didn’t seem to think that was a problem. My husband called this morning around 9 and was told that the wait time to be seen today was 3 and a half hours and they closed at 12. Tori, we know your time is valuable and can assure you we make every effort to see clients in a timely manner. As a walk-in clinic we cannot always predict the wait-time. We always try to communicate our wait times to the best of our ability. If you had arrived before 11:00 we would have got you in. Our boxer came out worse than when he went in. The vet said she saw no issue with his eye. Did she even look?You and your pets deserve better.

Not impressed with someone in your office calling our granddaughter a liar. Hopefully you can make better integrity moves.
i caqn dislike them several times a day every day and they can erase it but hopefully I can help some pets by NOT going there!!
