My dentists referred me here to get a root canal. I wanted a place that would knock me out if I wanted them to. I decided to get nitros oxide after talking with them. It was a good decision. No pain or anxiety. The bill was a lot less than I expected. I need to go back in 2 weeks to get some other work done and I’m not worried at all. Very glad I found a place that will take care of my dental issues pain free.
Dr. Kerr had an excellent professional manner. He (and his staff) made me feel at ease during a procedure I was dreading. As it turned out the procedure was pretty much pain free and finished in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend him and his caring staff!
Staff was courteous and welcoming. Assistant was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the dynamics of the mouth and what the procedure entailed. Dr Kerr was kind and professional. After exam complete, turned out I didn't need a root canal; it was just an irritated gum. Great to know this office truly wants to help the patient and do what is best for the patient!
I was extremely anxious knowing I had to go in for an eval and more than likely a root canal, as I had 1 done a couple of years ago and did not have a pleasant experience. The staff at Kerr endodontics made me feel at ease beginning with my first phone call with them, as they acknowledged the pain I was in and were able to get me in the office the same day. Everyone is awesome! Beginning with the receptionist n ending with Mark Kerr and everyone else. I usually don’t like to go to dentists, but they quickly put me at ease, explained the procedure, did an excellent job! I’ve healed from the oral surgery well. I’d definitely recommend Kerr Endodontics to everyone.
If there is any way to make an excruciating, unbearable, and time sensitive dental emergency pleasant I have found it, Dr Kerr and his staff. Not only were they caring and compassionate, they treated me with utmost respect, explained everything in detail and were able to find the answers we (dentist and I) were looking for. Great dentist and amazing staff. I was very scared to grey a root canal while pregnant but they calmed my nerves and made me feel at ease. Would recommend if ever in the position of needing endodontic services.
