In the end when you knew that I have no choice I was treated like I was worthless. I asked for the discount that you agreed to give before appraisal you denied giving anything. Because I'm self employed, getting a mortgage is more complicated than the usual. I went to 2 other financial institutions that both promised to get it done, but failed. Quicken loans was able to deliver where others could not.
1. Fix your website so when people submit requested documents they only have to do it once. 2. Train your people so they do a better job of understanding the documents they have received. After everything was said and done, I found out that after my escrow closed, two sources of income had not been submitted to the under writer making qualification way more difficult than it needed to be. 3 . Improve communication between your people and customers.
The processor was great. Kevin made me feel as though my questions and concerns were wasting his time and let me know I should be embarrassed by my credit. I would never use him again or refer him to anyone.
