Everyone with whom I spoke was friendly and encouraging. This was a particularly challenging and anxiety-provoking experience for me for several reasons. It was my first 'digital/modern-day' home purchase. My low vision made it difficult to use this automated website--staff were flexible as to how I could best return requested documents "outside the box" of using this venue. The COVID19 outbreak and shelter-in-place orders combined with my purchasing from out of state added its own challenges.
