Kevin was extremely pleasant and professional. I found it a bit nerve wracking that I had to produce my retirement information on such short notice. Everyone was aware that my retirement funds were going to be used for our down payment but on Friday afternoon I received messages that new paperwork is needed urgently or we would not be able to close on the house Monday.
