I am delighted to commend the expertise and care of Dr. Humphrey and staff. My concerns with eye care were answered thoroughly and satisfactorily.
Why do they send the patient silly, redundant online forms and then totally disregard them? Every time I go in they hand me a clip board and make me fill out the same forms that I just completed on-line? So, I just write in, “See on-line answers.” The staff is rude and lazy. Want you to do all their work.
Never saw a Doctor
Worst experience I’ve had in 17 years of going to Key-Whitman. Her attitude was that her time was the only thing that mattered. The ridiculous amount of time I spent waiting on her was inconsequential. Will go to one of K-W’s other offices before I see her again. I can only hope Jeffrey Whitman or the practice administrator reads this and acts on this review.
Dr Humphrey is an expert on explaining in detail about glaucoma. Right eye improved, left eye worse that he is concerned about. Made an appointment sooner than regular to retake one test for left eye.
