My experience was excellent. Dr. Haq and his technician, Amanda is very thorough and took the time explaining and educating me. I will highly recommend Dr. Haq for eyecare and would request Amanda as the technician!!!

Initially, I thought Dr. Lee was just a capable ophthalmologist. She performed cataract surgery one eye. Double vision diagnosed by other physician as nerve bruise above eye that would clear up, she took position of Could be, but if anything changes, call & I will see you that day. There was change, and she directed me to the hospital for blood work and MRI scan, with possible diagnosis of MS or myasthenia gravis. MS ruled out by scan. MG was the proven by blood. Referred to Neurologist.

Dr Stephen’s never directed the conversation to me. He only spoke to his assistant. He actually laughed at a question that I asked.

My eyesight has not been the same since (cataract) surgery. Truly disappointed in my results.

Horrible experience, never meet Dr. Whitman, but everyone is extremely nice, but it is not a health organization, more of a used car sales feel. They only are only interested in having you do the surgery and buy upgraded lens, they could care less if you don't need it. I had the surgery and spent $2500 for upgraded lens (this was one eye) , and would pay to have my old vision back. They do not take the patient needs into account, just need another person to 'fill a slot' on the surgery schedule.

The office and staff are run like a fine tuned factory. I was very disappointed in Dr Whitman’s poor bedside manner. I had never met him and he did not say hello or introduce himself when he walked into the surgery room, where I had already been prepped. No one communicated or kept me updated during the procedure. His lack of communication and complete disregard to introduce himself and comfort me during my short procedure left me very unimpressed. He may be a skilled surgeon but my brief interaction with him was very cold.

I would recommend Dr. Lee to everyone. She was very thorough evaluating the correct cataract lens for me.

Dr. Whitman has an assembly line of surgical patients and in my opinion, doesn't do a good job determining the best solution. His staff is happy to put you in the most expensive solution which might have mixed results. Be ready to see a various doctors, all of which have different viewpoints and solutions. I have worse vision with my crystallens than before I walked in. My only recourse is more surgery and a lens on top of a lens with possible mixed results.

I took my father for cataract surgery. The office was clean & the staff were friendly. My dad is happy with the outcome. At the end of the first surgery, I found a card from the team at the surgery center. Inside was a glued-in picture of my dad, under sedation with Dr. Whitman smiling behind him. In the picture, my dad is passed out, head rolled back, he's wearing a patient gown and surgery cap, and there's something taped to his face. I called to express my concern and was told that they would notify the surgery center. Se... read more
