Abigail was amazing! She was so kind, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. She paid attention to every detail and made the whole experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back because of her excellent customer service!
Had a blast with my kids at the park not to mention my 10 month old enjoyed the infant/toddler section. Perla the manger was very sweet checking us in and very attentive asking how I and the kids were liking the park.
My kids really enjoyed the park not to mention PERLA was so amazing with us. Park was clean, and everyone was so friendl.
Nice, clean, and beautiful park , Perla was amazing in checking us in and explaining everything so well to us, 22.90 per child and they have add on which is a play card for there arcade game range from 2$-20$ I recommend getting it for the mottos.
This place was so much fun and very kid-friendly! I was even able to get out there and play with my kids. The staff was amazing, and Linn was especially helpful. She answered all of our questions and gave us great information.The all-day admission for only $22.90 was definitely worth it and had me sold. I also loved that adults are basically free. Overall, this is a great place for families, and we'll definitely be back!
We had an amazing experience at Kids Empire! Perla is a great manager and was very helpful throughout our visit. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we understood all of our options. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and my children had a great time. Thank you, Perla, for providing such excellent customer service! 5/5 Highly recommend!
Fix your toilets! None of the three were working. We were told to go to Belk's. Yep,leave the play place and take the 3 year old to the department store 100 yards away to pee. Fix the toilets or shut down.
