The service is great but they their policy is morally wrong. Refused to waive $50 cancellation fee because my child has covid and I only found out day of appointment!

Doctor could use a nicer tone, and attitude adjustment. Staff is very sweet, and professional.
The front office staff is nice, but Dr.Torres is so rude and condescending with her delivery. She has always been aloof but she has taken it too far. I trusted her with my child and spent over $3,000 out of pocket for an extensive procedure they advised me to take care of it right away, not seek other opinions and to pay for the procedure ASAP. So I did so for my son. I called about two weeks later because my sons spacer already fell out! And mind you, we DRASTICALLY changed his diet for this. So this wasn’t from him eating ... read more
