From the very first phone interaction with the staff, through the end of my visit, the entire experience was a very pleasant one. Of course, I was very nervous walking into a pediatric cardiologist office, but the staff — Janira & Cat — were so caring and patient and explained everything I would need to know before our visit with the doctor.
