Wait time has improved but can sometimes be an issue. I have waited before a hour past my appointment time for treatment for either me or my kids. sometimes a wait after you appointment as well to get your treatment plan and schedule your next visit. Once in a room though you are not waiting long at all. My dental cleaning here was extremely rough and i've had a lot of gumline cavities since the cleaning that involved scraping up by my gumline to remove stains from smoking. the work i have had done here other than the cleani... read more

I have always been treated well and like a family member, Not just a patient. No one likes going to a dentist or waiting through dental processing but being treated and welcomed with respect and kindness makes it far more pleasant. The staff is friendly, and helpful all nice. Very efficient. Came in with my little one and had to be at work in an hour and they were able to see her and make her comfortable. They worked in a timely manner and did a fantastic job.
