More up front on closing information not waiting until week before to inform of closing cost difference.

We do not use computers and it was confusing for us and we could not talk to anybody face to face. We had all our paperwork and there should have been paperwork ready for us. Our phone was giving us trouble and we were treated like dummies. We never use our phone only to receive calls. The courtesy should have been there with a little more understanding. But all in all we mustered though!
