After Numerous calls and questions Kim was always willing to provide answers and go over the specific numbers as it related to the options I was considering he was informative and willing to share which helped me learn a lot. I still feel like this type of stuff should be taught in high school around the country, you wouldn’t necessarily use the skill everyday but a truly informed decision that effectively can last for 15 to 30 years is worth the investment.
