I hired a limo for my daughter and her friends to celebrate her 21st birthday. The girls had a great time. The limo that arrived to pick them up was having a/c issues in the back. So they were dropped off at dinner and another limo, with working a/c, showed up to pick them up and continue the night. The girls said both drivers were great. I have used a lot of other limo companies but King and Queen surpasses them all. From the ease of the quote from Sophia to the actual booking it was so easy. We booked a round trip pick up and drop off to and from JFK for 12 people. The Mercedes limo was new, clean and comfortable. Our driver was also amazing, please take my word for it I travel all the time and King and Queen limo is the best
