The best investment I ever made with my money. Dr. King and his staffs are so helpful and friendly throughout the procedure and after the procedure. I was blind as a bat and now I can see 20/15 vision. I would never think I could ever see clearly again without my contacts or glasses. If you ever thought about getting your Lasik done. I would highly recommend King Lasik.

I got LASIK from Dr. King about 2 years ago. I had been wanting to go through with it since I was a teenager but held off. I finally worked up the nerve for a consultation and the staff totally put me at ease. I primarily wanted to remove the need for glasses or contacts. Dr King had to sit me down and explain that due to how extreme my case is, I may still need correction. He was very honest with me and made sure I was aware of all of the risks. Brief version: Very happy, great results with a very difficult Rx. I would recommend King Lasik and Dr. Filmore to my patients. I will start by saying that I have a VERY difficult prescription. I started wearing glasses when I was 3 years old. Have worn hard contact lenses (bi-toric gas permeable) for the last 30 years, pretty much the most complicated (and expensive) contacts there are. I had my consult appt in Kennewick office. Everyone provided great care and information, it was decided the best treatment for my high prescription was intralase which is only available at Vancouver and Renton office. Appt was schedule in December at Vancouver office, I live in Oregon and traveled 3 hours to get to Vancouver. I was about to go in to surgery when intralase had an error. I had the Kamra implant done at King Lasik! What a life changing experience!! The reception, admin and medical staff are second to none. The office is more like a lobby of a 5 star resort than a doctors office. Coffee, cold drinks fresh cookies baked in house!! If you're thinking about laser correction, or a reading implant like the Kamra go to King Lasik first, then you won't need to go anywhere else.

I got Lasik almost a year ago to the day. It has been one of the best choices I have made. No more worrying about glasses or contacts while playing tennis, golf, skiing or cycling. Its a must have for any active person. I did a ton of research while looking and am really happy I went with King, the procedure doesn't take much time at all and since I had it on a Friday I was good for work on Monday morning. I decided to get Lasik after a painful eye injury caused by a contact lens. I did a lot of research because IT'S MY EYES! I discovered Dr. King was the best in the area. I didn't just do a quick google search, I researched and compared doctors for over a year. I had my consultation to determine if I was a candidate and came back on another visit for my procedure. I had a great experience with King lasik! I had the procedure done 2 years ago and I have loved every minute without my glasses or contacts. I was a bit apprehensive because I watched my husband go through it but the thought of great vision pushed me to make the decision! So glad I did!
