To be fair, my initial rating was due to a negative experience I had with one of the techs who worked there quite a few years ago, never with the doctors - they are all very knowledgeable and informative. I have used their services since 1984 for the 3 dogs I've owned during that time period. Dr. Clarke made a huge impression on me in 2004 when I had to put down my dog. they misdiagnosed my friends dogs eye problem 3 times in 2 weeks. an other vet found a forign object in eye in just 1 visit. that's BAD. any longer he might have needed surgery. BIG time miss
