These people don't care about their clients. I signed up with them several years ago for the Round Up case action law suit. They don't ever answer the phone, they don't return calls or emails. They occasionally sent out updates about what is happening with the case. It's information that can be found online. Bayer offered me a small settlement but they advised me to turn it down. 80% of cases from this suit have been settled. This firm is not professional, lack of communication. Always an excuse for NOT doing the job hired to do. I have been belittled screamed at and down right disrespected. No way should they be allowed to practice any LAW. Buyer BEWARE the only thing you will get from this company is joining in the complaints.
I keep getting calls from this number but no voice mail. I am sick of this.
Never get calls back, I switched lawyers and firms almost 2 months ago now and they still haven't sent over my files to my new lawyer.
Very unprofessional, when taking my Ssdi case they talked about how well they communicate with clients, months went by without hearing from them about my case. Eventually I received a letter stating they would no longer represent me or my case, no reason just they where dropping me
lazy & unprofessional!! they kept changing my case so I had to keep repeating my inforrmation & issues each time. I had to almost harrasse them to get them to do the job I was paying them to do and I was told several times that I should call Social Security to resolve a problem or get and answer, if that is true then why should I pay them?
