We liked the responsive communication and the fact there were professionals who knew their trade show up each day when they said they'd be there. Very professional!
The installed product, sink and countertop is beautiful. Did my own demo. Great information as to needs from the technician who came to measure. Plan ahead, order to measure to installation took time. Very happy with results!
My bathroom looks amazing, and it was completed in a short amount of time.

From start to finish, our project went smoothly and without any issues. We expected some setbacks since our house is old, but the entire team handled everything skillfully and competently. All of the workers were professional and hard-working. They always came on time (or early) as scheduled. They came to work with a positive attitude, letting us know their assignment and assuring us that they wanted us to be happy with the outcome.
Mostly good. Mirror schedule was a problem, but resolved. Handles were missing but found just in the nick of time. I am very happy with my new bathroom remodel.
I am extremely satisfied about the organization of the project contracted at the end of December 2024 for the project to commence March 2025 (schedule established at the end of January 2025). I am also very happy with my experience to have worked with 9 Kitchen Mart employees for my project at my house (a new quartz countertop with new tile backsplash).
