- fast, courteous service - we appreciate the Dr. (and staff) ensuring she is at eye level w/ our toddler and infant. Using soft, concise language and using tools and toys to demonstrate what she is doing. - everything in the office is geared toward the comfort and education of the children...PERFECT! - we also appreciate the "electronic" nature of the office...text reminders, FB updates, electronic medical records, online forms, etc.
Our experience with Kitsap Kid's Denistry was amazing! My daughter is always really shy around strangers but the dentist and staff made my daughter feel like she was at home. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!
Jessie Banks D.D.S. is awesome - support staff are equally amazing. The only reason my rating lacks a star is because scheduling can be difficult. Dr. Banks does not work every business day. I have no experience with the other doctors to rate them - honestly I don't want anyone other than Banks for my child. Simply put, she is the best!
Kitsap Kids Denistry was amazing! I have never seen a medical institution with such expertise in dealing with children. My son cannot wait to go back for a check up!
The dental assistant was very friendly and explained things to me and my son to make him feel comfortable. Both the dentist and the assistant did their utmost to answer all of my questions. The wait time was less than 10 minutes before he was seen this time (much better).
My daughter was extremely uncooperative at her appointment today but this staff handled it all in stride. They made the best of it that they could and my husband was happy with the staff and how they deal with the adverse situation. Thank you guys for all you do for my little poppet, Jade Elizabeth, you're the best!
Great facility with a wonderful staff.
DR. Banks and her staff are simply wonderful!!!! They are so kind and patient with my two special needs children now ages 7 and 5. They really take the time for each child, and do not rush through the procedures. They spent the time to calm their fears, explain everything and were very creative and flexible in their treatment.
