I appreciate your reliable service. My propane tank was filled three weeks after my request, but I was not under any sense of urgency. One thing that would increase my satisfaction is informing me that the delivery had been scheduled. It wouldn’t need to be a specific date; an estimate would be fine

I had a terrific experience. My expert arrived precisely on time, explained what he needed to do and helped me understand that my baseboard heaters were electric with separate controls in each room. He checked the entire propane situation, too. The fake wood stove works from a thermostatic control on the living room wall. Everything, including my propane stove, passed muster.
