Staff is friendly and helpful! Called for inquiry for my mother and everyone was super helpful. We ended up not needing services, but will look to Pacifica again if we ever need them.

Everyone here are so nice and helpful. The food is good. When you push your button they come to help you, or ask what you need. They are really good bathing you or helping you.
