I’m a stickler for customer service. And customer service is a lost art form. I appreciate the customer service offered by Mark. I am happy with the ring and it exceeded my expectations. We had a stone to fall out. However, Mark was extremely apologetic and fixed the problem. He adjust each other stone to insure this wouldn’t happen again and we didn’t have to pay for another stone. If you love quality work and great customer service stop by Klein’s you won’t be sorry!
