Everyone always nice & friendly. Brianna cheerfully greeted me as soon as I walked into the waiting room. Lauren & Greta very gentle while cleaning my teeth & carrying on a nice conversation with me. Dr. Plumming? Introduced himself to me . Lisa explained & took the time to answer questions about the crown that I need. I love the positive attitude of all staff that surrounds your establishment.
I'm always impressed by the professionalism of your staff and the time they spend with me explaining my issues and the various solutions, including pricing. It's such a relief not to be shuffled from one person to the next. I'm looking forward to having my teeth taken care of next month so that it's one less worry as I enter retirement.
