I had a very pleasurable experience with the hygienist and the dentist. You guys are very kind and do great dental work. I usually cannot speak higher of your office. However, my experience today with the receptionist was a bit upsetting. I called prior to my appointment to let you guys know that I was scheduled for a post-op exam and to get my last wisdom tooth out, but since my jaw is still extremely sore from getting my other three wisdom teeth out last week, I wanted to postpone getting my last tooth out. The dental assistant, Lauren, is extremely friendly, informative, and my dog Bobb loves her. The hygienist is wonderful, and I enjoy conversations with her.
I was seen even before my appointment time. No wait at all. Everyone at Klement is so friendly...from the time I walked in the door until when I left. Pain free and through teeth cleaning and examination.
