I suffer from PTSD from a disaster and I have lived with a phobia of dentists since I was a child due to not so good experiences with people who may have wanted to select a different career path. Boy!! Your staff had to put up with a doozie today. Your front end receptionist (forgive me for not having a name) (she knows who she is) Had to deal with my type A personality and a scheduling mishap. She did amazing. I'm talking about sweetness and calm overload. My husband wanted me to try Emily since he had an excellent experience and he hates getting cleanings.
