AVOID at all costs. After spending the hefty membership enrollment fee, we are getting the yearly “maintenance” bill. I’ve tried and tried and tried to pay this, calling and emailing, with NO ONE responding. They keep sending a bill with an increased “past due payment”. This, on top of completely outdated camp grounds, makes this venture a full regret. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS “membership”. KM responded to this review but their “email response” was not delivered to my email.

Jessica is a nightmare. Rude, pushy, and "didn't have time" for our questions. She'll cut you off and drive you to the point of wanting to walk out. Definitely needs to work on her people skills. If i could give her 0 stars I would. UPDATE - One of the higher ups (I can't remember the gentleman's name) contacted us after seeing my review. He stated that Jessica should have gone and gotten him when we requested to speak with someone else or if we had questions she wouldn't answer. We were offered a membership with a free stay as a result of buying our RV. We were brand new RV owners and really had no idea what we were doing. The membership fee was $8,000 for a lifetime membership plus $500 per year. The membership came with a discount as well with two national programs, RPI and Coast to Coast. We were told that you must have a membership with a local resort to have access to the national programs. The price would double if we didn't sign that day. We did. HUGE REGRET! I was interested because the two night complementary stays were a free promotion when we purchased our RV. We never got a KM call until about six weeks later. In the meantime we started camping at other RV resorts and Washington State Parks campgrounds. All were wonderful experiences. Then finally get a call from an KM salesperson. Stayed at Diamond Point it was very nice. Clean spacious and quiet. Staff was awesome help with any concern. The cinnamon buns were awesome. Hot tub nice. Loved seeing lot of activities for kids. Great experience. Thank you.
