Kobe was fast and communicative. He understood what we wanted and needed, and worked with me based on payment instead of total approval amount, so I didn’t set myself up for failure. Well after we had got in contract to buy our new home, I became a victim of identity theft and somehow I was taken to collections on a fraud charge and it really messed up my credit scores. Kobe stood with us all the way. He gave us advice and suggestions kn how to get this fraud fixed. We had to push back the closing a couple of times to wait for everything to clear up and the entire time he was very supportive and understanding. Kobe was great to work with very knowledgeable and great standard of professionalism. Took time to teach me proper ways to fix my credit and the process how things work together to get my credit score and rate were I needed to be and more. Kobe was on top of everything from the time I started working with him, I am about the least easy person to close in less than 30 days and he did it in 16! Dude is a rock star, on top of that he also got me the exact loan I was looking for in a time where the market is terrible. I seriously don’t think this deal would have gone through with anyone besides him. I have already started spreading the word that he’s the guy!

Kobe answered all my questions I had (even if he didn’t know the answer) he would find it out and then let me know…that’s what an awesome loan officer would do! He was such a wonderful person throughout the whole process (even if I did give him a few heart thumping situations) lol
