Well after we had got in contract to buy our new home, I became a victim of identity theft and somehow I was taken to collections on a fraud charge and it really messed up my credit scores. Kobe stood with us all the way. He gave us advice and suggestions kn how to get this fraud fixed. We had to push back the closing a couple of times to wait for everything to clear up and the entire time he was very supportive and understanding. We didn't have a standard, cookie cutter, mortgage so there were a lot of moving parts and maneuvering that needed to be done and Kobe led the way and got us to the closing table!

Kobe was on top of everything from the time I started working with him, I am about the least easy person to close in less than 30 days and he did it in 16! Dude is a rock star, on top of that he also got me the exact loan I was looking for in a time where the market is terrible. I seriously don’t think this deal would have gone through with anyone besides him. I have already started spreading the word that he’s the guy!
