I had horrible experiences dealing with Sarah the receptionist. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not have an office manager so that could be a reason she didn’t care. When I addressed her behavior as unprofessional and that it made me very uncomfortable, she repeatedly told me she would let the doctor know. She was very entitled and did not care in the least that I was unhappy with the customer service I received. The office charges top dollar but you get better treatment from McDonald’s staff.
