The entire visit was very satisfactory. The staff is courteous, the facility clean and inviting and the optometrist who examined me very professional, patient (I typically like to ask many questions) and informative. The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is that I was invited for a 1;30 PM appointment, arrived 5 minutes early, but the appointment actually started at about 2PM. Given that I cam in the middle of a work day, punctuality would have been appreciated.

Dr. Foxman is a terrific eye doctor. She is very thorough and a most pleasant personality. I booked both my husband and I together, one after the other, but for some reason, when we arrived to the appointment, there seemed to be a glitch, and he was booked for a week later. Eventually it was sorted out and the good doctor saw us both.
