The doctor, Dr. Jackie Ng, was really good. He gave lots of explanations which I always love and was really patient and respectable. The two at the front desk, the gentleman and the lady, were both very respectable and fast! The gentleman man helped me with my insurance and my payment and the lady spent a lot of time helping me find the frames I needed. Really loved the service. Most of the cool looking frames were big for my face but we managed to find a really nice looking one! I absolutely loved it there.

Very helpful, pleasant and punctual with the appointed time. Knowledge and helpful to assist with purchase of eye glasses. The doctors are very nice and excellent at their job.

I was greeted by a pleasant welcome while my personal information was taken at the front desk. When I met with Dr. Jennifer Wong, I found her to be a caring, patient and personable individual. She took extensive information about my general health, medications and vision history. I was made to feel comfortable all through the process of getting new glasses made and paid for them in full. Dr. Shirley Young is an outstanding and caring diagnostician! Several years ago, she found a “freckle” in the periphery of my eye and referred me to a specialist. Similarly, I was referred to a specialist when I required cataract surgery. Dr. Young is a good listener, and pays attention to any concerns I may have. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.
