I've had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Shirley Young's for many years, along with my husband, son, and daughter-in-law. We've always been impressed by her professionalism, expertise, and caring demeanor. Her staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was very polite, she also check my eye pressure before meeting the doctor. Dr. Chong has also been punctual at appointment, gentle yet details on each checking of reading on screens, she also check behind the eye balls, she also asked about any eye supplements and/or medications that I am taking; she then compared the pro/cons of the different brands, she recommended which type is more beneficial to the eyes.

I had a very professional visit. I saw Dr. Shirley Young and she was extremely knowledgeable, caring, professional and truly nice to have an appointment with. The office was very clean and the staff were very patient and tried to make the experience comfortable. The whole visit experience was great!
