I was referred as a new client to Dr Tracy Wong at Cloverdale Eyecare by a friend. My appointment with Tracy was excellent, as she was very professional and friendly, and explained the tests and results in an easy to understand manner. She made me feel welcome. Her staff were also very competent and courteous, particularly Irena who did the testing, and others who showed me various frames for future purchase. I did my exam here for the first time and I had a great experience and that is why book another exam for my wife. Staff is friendly and professional. They have decent prices for frames, the only thing I would suggest to them is the sunglasses inventory as it is very limited and old school.
Excellent service!! Kids have such an amazing experience every year. Staff are so nice, welcoming and friendly. They even remembered the kids, which made them feel so special. As with my last annual exam, Doctor Tan was both professional and polite. She was efficient throughout each step of the eye exam. I had some questions, and she did not rush me in answering them. I felt very comfortable and she made the exam most pleasant. I always ask for Dr. Tan for my annual eye appointment. The reception staff and technician were both professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Kodak Eyecare Vision centre.
