I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted right away and taken by the staff to check my eyes, the doctor was excellent and answered all my questions and after I was helped with my selection of a new pair of glasses, the entire procedure was handled professionally and I am very pleased with the outcome . One observation is the staff should have name tags so I could point out the exceptional service I received
