Very thorough eye examination, lots of technology used in the assessment. Very aware of covid-19 requirements. Equipment constantly being sanitized and physical separation easily done through scheduling limited number of patients in the centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dr Louie takes her time in informing you of results and making recommendations. Very much a professional.

I had a wonderful experience today when picking up my glasses. The customer service was top notch and my glasses are amazing. I’m very happy I chose Kodak Lens at Cloverdale mall. I will definitely be back for any eye care needs. A big thank you to all the staff who made my experience wonderful.

The service was impeccable and the selection they had was great. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process from having my eyes tested to choosing a pair of glasses that I liked. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommended Kodak Lens at clover dale mall to anyone. To sum it all up my experience was 10/10

Great staff, friendly and helpful. the eye doctor was extremely knowledgeable and provided reassuring answers to all my questions. Only downfall I'd say is that there was a delay in getting my glasses...waited more than 10 days. Overall still a good experience.
