Good experience other than I was kept waiting quite awhile as Dr. was behind a bit in appointments. Other than that everything was great.
My experience went very well. Dr. Katie Louie is excellent and a pleasure to deal with. She is very thorough and knowledgeable, informative and explains the procedures which is very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Louie if someone is looking for a good optometrist. So my eye examination appointment went very well.

I was very satisfied with the amount of time that was taken and the explanations given for the examination and all my questions.
A pleasant experience with Dr. Tracy Wong in the new facility. New glasses were suggested, but certainly not 'pushed'. I definitely will be purchasing new glasses here in the near future. There seems to be a large selection to choose from and the staff is very accommodating. The general atmosphere seems to be towards 'eye care' as opposed to 'eye ware'.
We were treated good and explained properly next step.

I was struck how knowledgeable & friendly the staff are. I haven’t received my glasses yet but I have confidence that the Prescription will be accurate. The prices are great too.
