Always look forward to seeing Dr. Lam for my annual appointment, she's very calm and professional, takes the time with her patients. My whole family comes to this clinic and all the doctors are terrific and the staffs are all very friendly.

Happy to be seen last minute. Always welcomed and feel well taken care of-regardless of my issue-big or small! Never rushed! Very attentive staff and Dr. Chung could not be more friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I love that she is hands on...assisting with eye wear decisions, offering options and adjusting eyeglasses until they fit perfectly. I have recommended Dr. Chung to family and friends!

My experience with Dr. Chung was intirely different from past eye examinations that I’ve had. At first I thought it’s just going to be a quick session but as we went through the process it became very clear to me that I really needed eyeglasses. We found out that I needed glasses for far and near. Without a second thought, and with the help of the friendly staff, we selected two frames for myself; A clip on for my progressive prescription, and a pair of reading glasses. I had a very disappointing experience. I sent my mom to have her eyes checked, and the staff member we dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was helping my mom over the phone because she needed assistance, but instead of being understanding, the staff ignored me and refused to help. My mom arrived on time, yet they incorrectly claimed she was late. The way she was treated felt disrespectful and unfair.
