I had david kraft and i would not recommend this firm to anyone he didnt even try even when new evidence came up pretty much rolled over like a dog i dont normally bad mouth anyone or any business i never met the guy face to face had a hearing scheduled but he canceled it the day before like i said rolled over belly up im not a check collector and i feel i should have been represented a little better good luck if you use this firm

I can only say my experience here let me down at a time when I was as down as anyone could be. I was so disappointed in Sue Henry that I basically gave up even hoping to be helped. I turned to this firm after I received horrible treatment from my former employer. I was injured 2x in 6 months on the same rickety equipment that my employer never attempted to fix. Just seen their commercial on TV and made me think about the horrible experience that I had. The first time I met my lawyer who represented me was about 30 minutes before my hearing, that's when we started to go over a lot of the details. Never once was I asked to meet at the office. I had the young blond lady and would strongly suggest not to wast your time.. I truly believe I was very poorly represented and even given some wrong advice.
