I recently booked an appointment as a new patient, although at my age I am a long time knowledgeable consumer of eye care services. The group was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days of my request and the visit was a pleasant, professional, and wholly satisfying experience. The group accepted my vision care plan (and most other major care plans) which made the entire experience not only professionally satisfying but also financially satisfying. HIGHLY recommended. I saw Dr Karen Levy and she was great.

I have been going to Kresloff and Young for many years. The staff are awesome. My phone calls are always answered promptly, I am always pleasantly greeted, hardly ever, and I mean, hardly ever have, have had to wait past my appointment time. the office personnel are pleasant and friendly. The Doctor was good, BUT A 3 HOUR WAIT IS VERY INCONSIDERATE .

I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Kresloff for many years. Originally, my parents and I would wait as long as six months for an appointment. We always said that it was worth the wait.
