I appreciate the support as always. My largest challenges were in transparency of process, responding to issues that I find in documentation, and the timely execution of activities to prevent issues on the day of closing. We were very close to delaying closure due to the issues cited above. Though painful, we got through it and for that I’m grateful.
I don’t believe we would have gotten our house without the extra effort and hard work from Kristi Holland.
