We've had problems in the past when doing refi's, like issues with escrow, paying more than was expected in closing costs, etc. However, with Crane Financial (Kris and her Team), we were told that we would be in excellent hands during our VA Refi. With over 30+ years of VA Loan experience, Kris wasn't messing around! Crane Financial created a flawless VA Refi Environment! We didn't close on time, but the delay was due to the COVID-19 Virus issues...completely understandable! Other than that, we had a worry free mortgage refinance at the lowest rate...all with outstanding customer service!!!!

This is the 3rd time we have used Kris to either purchase or refinance a house because she's just that amazing!! Being self employed, we have been frowned upon by other lenders, where Kris treated us like royalty from beginning to end. She promised she'd figure it out for us, and she has, over and over again, and at better interest rates than we were previously quoted. She was easy to get a hold of, even in the middle of hundreds of other clients trying to take advantage of low rates during the pandemic, and if she didn't have an answer, she was quick to get one for me. Just an outstanding team to work with from beginning to end!!
