Our refinancing experience was fast and seamless with Kristin from Mutual of Omaha. We received very clear electronic to-dos the whole way through, had a fast appraisal and closing. We are so pleased with the whole process. The only glitch is that the mechanism to automate online payments is clunky- they want you to pay by check and supposedly, it takes months to shift you to an automatic system? Something for them to figure out. Anyway, working with Kristin was a very good experience.
