We were notified 30 hours before closing that they needed 6 more items which could have been requested MUCH sooner. Movers were at our house when these requests were made. I left my house at 10:45 but didn't start my journey until 2:30 because I was at our bank trying to get documents. I was up until 2am on the phone with another bank (10 hours before closing!!!!!) trying to obtain documents. It appeared that several people were working on our case, asking the same questions we had already answered to another person. Fo

what a mistake we made not bringing our own lender they promise us better rates with the excuse "because we are lenders for new homes we can find you better rates than the average markets they end us giving us BAD rates. Yes market is currently not good, but ... I regret 100% using this lender
