Even when it turned out my mortgage was not going to be so straightforward, Kurtis bent over backward and jumped through the hoops for me to make this happen. Scheduling an appraisal during COVID, successfully rebutting the appraisal, negotiating a subordination with the city, constant follow up, and being patient with me on top of that.
