Kyle was always just a phone call away and was very knowledgeable. He helped explain things that first time home buyer’s like ourselves wouldn’t understand. He was also very supportive, we had a last minute change and he assured us that we would do his very best to make sure we were able to afford our house.

Second time buying a house and despite the market being crazier, the process was easier. Kyle was great at communicating and responding quickly, he’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Definitely made the loan process a lot easier. The app also makes life easier since you can check in on stuff yourself.
