Kyle explained everything in a manner that we could understand. We felt empowered with knowledge about the type of loan that would be best for us. Kyle’s communication with every step of the process was clear. We appreciated that he texts as we can’t always answer the phone while working. We had a very tight turn around time for closing and he made it happen. The secure portal system was easy to use and we appreciated all of the email updates with our loan status.
