Listen. I voiced concerns about items on my credit, you still cut a check for a debt that was not mine and it wasn't even current. I overpais and now we are going through the process of getting a refund. This is unnecessary. Again you cut a check for a debt again not using the latest report and it was under the amount owed. I signed my name three different ways again because you didn't listen or ask! Next time listen when concerns are raised unstead of playing telemarketer. The checks that are sent out us. . . for us to send out again is a bit cumbersome. To be quite honest the whole experience was RUINED because of this one thing. All the amounts are incorrect. It’s not Kyle’s fault. He was amazing. Next time how about sending them all out electronically. I honestly can’t even recommend someone to this program because of that, so sad.
