I was very impressed everyone from the girl who checked me in to the Dr,nurses, ppl in the procedure room made me feel comfortable and was so nice ! Very pleasant experience ( except for the prep)

Good doctor-patient communication. Was my first in-person meeting with him. Prior to procedure, he asked some questions regarding my need for referral and gave me a chance to ask questions about the procedure. This eased my anxiety. Everyone was very professional and experienced.
