we were happy with our choice. Staff was great. I wish the hotel didn't play piped-in music at the pool; the music was distracting and unpleasant for us. Since you can't please everyone no matter what the choice of music, silence is golden. Also, we had trouble navigating the TV channels, and we sure as hell didn't want pay-per-view of a bunch of crappy offerings from the dominant streaming choice. It had a really nice vibe, and we loved being in a relatively quiet place near the pool. Facilities were fine.

Exceptional Both pools were cold, the west hot tub jets worked intermittently. The bathrooms were dated. The bath fixtures didn't work well. No elevator for heavy luggage. The rooms were big, clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The staff was outstanding.

Super miejsce na wypoczynek! Jedyny minus to cienkie ściany, przez ktore bylo slychac ludzi rozmawiających w pokoju obok. Świetny obiekt z dwoma zewnętrznymi basenami i jacuzzi. Blisko do centrum Palm Springs - ok. 15min pieszo. Pokoje jak na zdjęciach - duże i gustownie urządzone.

Wonderful The bed kept sliding when I would sit on it and in the morning while I was asleep it would move around . The room was nice and roomy.
Way better than what we expected for the price. Pool area was great Would liked to be able to open window Location ok as we had a car. Being just a little bit out of centre it was quiet but close enough to all attractions we went to
