very good. see above. We had a lovely king suite which was very modern with lots of plug ins and a work station if we had been so inclined. Staff were very nice and the breakfast was super. We did have a bit of difficulty finding the hotel as it is hidden behind the Holiday Inn. Larger and more prominent signage would help.

Pleasant and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was hard to find in the dark when we got off the 5. The location was perfect for seeing family in Everett and Bothell.
