Pleasant Breakfast was awful - water downed gravy lobby was a sticky mess and so was the lobby - get a mop

Pleasant I didn't dislike anything in particular, however the staff I dealt with this time was very busy and in turn not as welcoming/friendly as they have been at the location in the past. I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years, and overall usually enjoy the entire experience.
